Our Human Resources Philosophy

Employment Level
Consistent with keeping things clear and simple, we have three basic levels of employment at PSG.
Coordinator Level - Entry level, well directed, somewhat task oriented.
Manager Level - Specifically experienced in this business, more autonomous and responsible for supervising others.
Director Level - Significant senior level experience with some profit center responsibilities.
Job descriptions are in writing, performance evaluations occur twice annually and opportunities for advancement are typically filled from within first.
